Description
***The only start date available is November 16th
LPN will work primarily on the Medical Surgical/Observation units and will also float occasionally between various Med-Surg units as needed (Surgical, Respiratory, Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, etc.). 36 hours/week. Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required. There is no call requirement. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required (refresher classes or having someone sit 1:1 with them are NOT options), so please ensure that this is documented in the referral information. Active BLS and Ohio LPN license are both required. Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience is required. Must be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients with RN oversight. (must be able to read Telemetry; they will be tested for this skill on day one and will be terminated if they cannot pass the competency; will also be terminated if we discover they are not Epic proficient). IV certification is required.
