Description
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Toms River, NJ
Pay Rate: $70/hour
Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday

37.5 hours per week (school-based schedule)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services to students in Toms River, NJ. The BCBA will collaborate with educators, parents, and school administrators to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ensure consistent application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in both classroom and community settings.
Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on assessment results.

Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff in effective behavior management techniques.

Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of skills across environments.

Provide parent training and support when appropriate.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
Qualifications:
-
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

New Jersey Department of Education certification (or eligibility preferred).

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
