Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract

Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students improve communication skills, access the curriculum, and achieve meaningful progress through individualized and evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy to students across various communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility, goal development, and service delivery planning
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance requirements
- Support prevention and early-intervention initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFs welcome to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

IDR Job ID #476721. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
