Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT-CT certification, and BLS credential for a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital CT scan department serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients
  • Perform CT imaging and CT-guided procedures
  • Four 10-hour day shifts per week, Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No on-call requirements
  • Cerner EMR system is used and experience is required
  • Provide CT imaging for a range of patient types, including emergency and procedure-guided scans
  • Returning permanent staff must have a two-year break before returning as travelers
  • RTO (time off) requests must be submitted up front
  • Scrubs required per hospital dress code

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years CT Technologist experience required
  • Valid ARRT-CT certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience with Cerner EMR required
  • License required if applicable
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
