Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT-IR Technologist experienced in supporting minimally invasive, image-guided procedures and holding valid ARRT and Massachusetts State Radiography credentials.
Responsibilities
- Work in interventional radiology settings supporting CT-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Covers clinical areas across hospital to support abdominal interventions, ablations, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsies
- Shifts are 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM
- Involvement in both radiology and OR environments
- Uses Epic charting system
- Responsibilities include operating all imaging equipment, sterile scrub, and case circulating
- Works as part of a multidisciplinary team including nurses, advanced practice providers, physicians, residents, and tech assistants
- No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation and pay parking options only
- Local candidates must have a permanent residence 60 miles from the hospital; local pay rate will apply
- RTO (requested time off) must be declared at the time of consideration
- Scrub requirements not specified
- No religious or medical exemptions for vaccine requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology
- Active ARRT certification required
- Valid Massachusetts State Radiography License required (no MA conditional licenses accepted)
- BLS certification required, AHA only
- Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required with no exemptions or waivers allowed
- License required if applicable
