Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift position with a NH or compact license and at least one year of recent ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift, 7:00PM to 7:00AM, 13-week assignment
• Patient population includes a wide range of emergency cases
• Floating may be required based on facility needs
• Provide acute care to patients presenting with emergency medical needs
• Must provide proof of US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Orientation and additional training may be provided based on facility protocols

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year of recent ER experience
• Current AHA or ARC certifications required; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• CPI or equivalent crisis prevention certification required for ER units
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
