Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts with ARRT (CT) and a valid MA CT license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital radiology department, CT unit
• Night shifts are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
• 13-week assignment, 32 hours per week
• Uses Epic and Visage EMR systems
• Procedures focus on diagnostic CT with IV and oral/GI contrast administration
• Experience with GE CT scanners is preferred but not required
• Perform CT scans following established protocols while ensuring patient safety and providing excellent customer service
• Required to work efficiently with the CT Manager and Clinical Lead in a high-volume setting
• Must have effective communication and organization skills
• Expect to administer and manage both IV and oral/GI contrast
• Professional dress code applies; further uniform requirements to be provided by facility
• Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are considered local
• Parking may incur additional costs based on location

Requirements

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography required; no conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum one year of CT experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA only accepted)
• EMR documentation skills required
• Must be able to respond effectively in emergencies and demonstrate professional demeanor
• Proof of COVID-19 and flu immunizations required; no exemptions accepted
• License required if applicable
