Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab RN for a day shift assignment specializing in cardiac rehab with EPIC charting and MA RN license required.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based cardiac and pulmonary rehab unit
Day shifts with varying hours Monday through Thursday (no weekends required)
Patients in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation programs
Uses EPIC charting system
Responsible for providing direct cardiac and pulmonary rehab nursing care
Must adhere to unit-specific protocols and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with EPIC EMR is expected
RTO must be specified up front during consideration
Parking may incur daily costs; public transportation options available
Respirator fit testing may be required
Dress code and holiday coverage details not specified

Requirements

Active MA RN license required at the time of consideration; conditional licenses not accepted
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
License must be primary source verified through NURSYS and state board of nursing
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions allowed
Two professional references required
