Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Medical/Surgical ICU assignment requiring an active MA RN license and EPIC charting experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Medical/Surgical ICU of a hospital setting
- Unit specializes in medical and surgical critical care patients
- Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
- Every other weekend (EOW) shifts required
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- Timekeeping managed through UKG/Kronos
- Public transportation or paid parking is available; no validated parking provided
- Provide critical care nursing to a diverse Med/Surg ICU patient population
- Must note all requested time off (RTO) at the time of consideration
- Local candidates within 60 miles of central Boston are eligible at a reduced rate
- No former employees who have worked within the system in the past 12 months are eligible
- Parking in Boston locations will be at the candidate's expense
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered MA RN license required at time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses not accepted
- Certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Primary source verification for professional license is required
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination series and current flu vaccination required; no exemptions allowed
- Two professional references required
