Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Monday-Thursday outpatient role with experience in Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, and Oncology cases.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Patient population includes orthopedic, neurologic, vestibular, and oncology diagnoses
• Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour day shifts (7:30am - 6:00pm)
• No call or weekend shifts required
• Floating may occur within the facility, within the physical therapist scope of practice
• Must be willing to work major holidays as assigned according to facility policy
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off; no time off permitted during the first week of assignment
• Modules and orientation are required and are completed at the start of contract
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Travel pairs are not permitted on the same shift and unit
• Former perm/PRN staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for at least one full year to be eligible
• Return travelers with previous issues must complete a successful assignment at another location before rebooking

Requirements

• Active GA or compact PT license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Open to first-time travelers
• Must provide up to two supervisory references for consideration
• Ability to submit necessary compliance documents and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of contract signing
