Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with at least 2 years of general, vascular, and pediatric/adult sonography experience and current ARDMS certification.
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple hospital campuses as required
- Responsibilities include general and vascular ultrasound procedures on adults and pediatrics
- Epic EMR is used; prior experience is required
- Must be willing to float among different hospital locations as assigned
- Candidates must be willing to float across all designated campuses as needed
- Required to work two out of three winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
- Only one day off may be requested between 11/26/25–11/30/25 and 12/23/25–1/2/26
- A clinical phone interview may be conducted
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted
- One recent supervisory reference from the past two years is required for consideration
- Returning employees may have eligibility restrictions if previously employed within the last 12 months
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general and vascular ultrasound
- ARDMS (AB) required; RVT certification strongly encouraged
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Must be able and willing to perform pediatric and adult ultrasound exams
- Epic EMR experience required
- License required if applicable
