Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with a minimum of 2 years of echo and vascular diagnostic experience and TEE proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Primary work may be split between a clinic and main hospital setting
• Patient population includes pediatric cases
• Experience using Phillips and GE equipment is required
• Epic EMR is utilized; experience with Epic is required
• May require floating between the clinic and main hospital as needed
• Must provide at least one supervisory reference from within the last two years of employment or contract
• Candidates may be required to work in both clinic and hospital environments
• Returning employees may be subject to eligibility rules based on prior employment within the past 12 months

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in echo and vascular diagnostic procedures
• Completion of at least 1 travel contract in the past 12 months is required
• TEE procedure experience required
• RCS or RDCS certification required
• Experience working with pediatric patients encouraged
• Experience with Phillips and GE echocardiography equipment required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active state license and certifications required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• Not accepting first-time travelers
