Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need Labor & Delivery position in California requiring active CA RN, BLS, and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications.

Responsibilities

Position is based in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
13-week contract assignment
Utilizes Epic EMR
High risk labor and delivery experience is preferred
Five or more years of recent Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Contingent workers cannot exceed two years of assignment without a 90-day break per HR policy
Both local and travel candidates are accepted with the same pay rate

Requirements

Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of recent full-time Labor & Delivery experience within the last 3 years
Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
