Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced XRay/CT Technologist for a radiology diagnostic assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a radiology diagnostic unit working with X-ray and CT imaging
• Schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work is performed in a hospital setting
• Rotating schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week
• No on-call required
• GE CT equipment experience preferred
• Orientation is conducted bi-weekly
• Travel pairs are not permitted unless special circumstances apply
• Assignment confirmation must be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Professional scrubs are typically required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of X-ray and CT experience required
• Active West Virginia Medical Imaging License required
• ARRT certification required
• CT registered technologists preferred; must be competent in CT if not registered
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility
• License required if applicable
