Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Texas requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent L&D experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
Primary patient population consists of laboring mothers and newborns
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week assignment
Perform comprehensive care for patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
Work collaboratively with the L&D team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Documents must include a complete profile, skills checklist, references, state nursing license verification, and certification copies

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Minimum of one year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required, with expiration valid for at least 30 days from assignment start
No employment gaps of 90 days or longer in the past 12 months
Submission requires US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
