Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Medical Surgical Telemetry Step Down position on night shifts, requiring an active IN or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is located in the Neuro Medical Surgical/Telemetry Step Down unit of a hospital setting
• Care for neuro and med-surg patients requiring step down and telemetry monitoring
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• 13-week contract assignment
• Floating requirements not specified
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO (requested time off) must be less than one week
• Applicants must be able to provide required documentation as requested before consideration

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Neuro Medical Surgical or Telemetry specialty
• No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates must not have any employment gaps of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
• Former permanent CHS employees are not eligible if employed within the past 2 years
