Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) night position in Alaska requiring an active AK RN license and one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit
Night shift schedule from 7:00PM to 7:30AM
Care for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout all stages of childbirth and recovery
Complete orientation and onboarding requirements prior to start
Candidates must provide license verification, references, and certification documents as part of the application process

Requirements

Active AK RN license required
Minimum one year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum nursing
Current BLS certification from either AHA or ARC required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
