Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in Alaska requiring an active AK RN license and recent PACU experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within a hospital setting
Day shifts are 12 hours, with variable scheduling from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
13-week assignment
Responsibilities include providing care for post-anesthesia patients in the PACU
Candidates must submit a complete profile including application, skills checklist, references, and nursing license verification
No Canadian SSN accepted for consideration
Scrubs or professional attire as per hospital policy

Requirements

Active Alaska RN license is required
Minimum of 1 year of recent PACU experience
Current AHA or ARC certification (BLS, ACLS) with no expiration within the first 30 days of assignment
Must provide valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
