Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Unit position, requiring an active NC or compact RN license and recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

This position is based in the Med/Surg Unit of a hospital
Direct patient care for acute medical and surgical cases
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week travel contract
Provide acute care nursing for medical and surgical patients
Adherence to all hospital policies and unit standards of care
No Canadian SSNs accepted

Requirements

Active NC or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg or acute care
Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
No work history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration
