Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN with at least 1 year of pediatric LTAC experience for a Pediatrics unit night shift position requiring an Iowa or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a pediatric long-term acute care (LTAC) setting
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours, 18:00–6:30
• Up to 3 weekends required in a six week period
• Locals are eligible for consideration
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Must expect to work some holidays as part of the assignment
• Requests for time off should be minimal and cannot occur during the first two weeks or for full calendar weeks, and must be pre-approved
• RTO (requests for time off) must be approved prior to the start of the assignment

Requirements

• Active IA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric LTAC nursing experience
• No ventilator experience required
