Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist proficient with Siemens Naeotom Alpha Scanner and ARRT (CT) certification for a 13-week day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a CT department at a medical facility
• Work with Siemens Naeotom Alpha Scanner
• Use Epic and Visage for EMR documentation; experience preferred
• 3x12 hour day shifts with flexible scheduling, 7:00am to 7:30pm
• Rotating shifts may be required
• Patient care includes IV and oral/GI contrast administration
• Performs diagnostic CT scans following established policies and safety protocols
• Reports to the CT Manager and CT Clinical Lead
• Flu vaccine is required; no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Boston; those closer receive a reduced rate
• Public transportation and paid parking may be required at some locations
• Demonstrate professional communication and a positive demeanor at all times

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography required; license required if applicable
• BLS certification from AHA is required
• Experience with Siemens Naeotom Alpha Scanner is required
• 1 year of CT experience preferred, but not required
• Strong skills in CT imaging, emergency response, IV/oral contrast administration, and EMR documentation
