Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a dedicated RN for a 13-week night shift Emergency Department assignment requiring at least one year of recent ER experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED) environment
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsible for providing emergency nursing care in a fast-paced FSED setting
• Candidates must submit documents including U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• First-time travelers will be considered for this assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC required, with no expiration within the first 30 days of contract
• CPI or acceptable equivalent certification required for all ER units
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
