Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Stepdown Telemetry night shift position requiring a MO or compact RN license, BCLS, and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Stepdown unit with telemetry monitoring responsibilities
• Level II Trauma and Level II Stroke Center
• Night shift schedule of 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00
• EPIC charting system used; EPIC experience preferred
• Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius at a reduced rate
• Responsibilities include caring for patients requiring stepdown and telemetry monitoring
• Free parking available
• Must have been separated from prior employment at this facility for at least one year to be eligible
• Completion of facility orientation modules required during onboarding
• Local candidates considered at a lower rate

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required, pending license accepted if in hand before start
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Stepdown or similar unit experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
