Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and current ARRT (N) and NCT certifications for a day shift assignment in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in an acute care setting in a cardiac nuclear medicine unit
- Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break at 11:30 am
- Work schedule is 8-hour day shifts
- Utilizes Cerner PowerChart for EMR documentation
- Performs cardiac nuclear medicine imaging and associated clinical duties
- Weekday schedule with no rotating shifts indicated
- No BSN degree required
- Orientation hours are not provided
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT N) and Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NCT via NMTCB) required
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- License required if applicable
