Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for an evening shift position requiring ARRT or ARMRIT certification and travel experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assignment is in an MRI department with evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Includes scheduled holidays and on-call coverage
• 13-week contract position
• Local candidates within 110 miles are not accepted
• Evening shift coverage requires scheduled call and occasional holiday work as assigned
• Clinicians must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of offer acceptance or have a plan for timely completion
• Candidates must provide all required certifications for consideration

Requirements

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• If only ARRT R certified, must also have a TX radiology license; ARRT MR does not require a TX radiology license (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Two references from supervisors within the last three years of employment required
• Must be able to provide social security number for consideration
• Travel MRI experience is highly preferred
