Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med Surg ICU/CCU night position requiring a current MO or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Med Surg ICU/CCU within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes a blend of medical-surgical and intensive care cases
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel contract assignment
• Blocked scheduling may be available depending on facility needs
• Up to 5 days requested time off is allowed if made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible with specific contract duration limits and rate adjustments
• After completing three consecutive 13-week local contracts, a year break is required before returning or must move to another facility outside the 50-mile radius
• Night shift role involves working closely with critical care and medical-surgical teams

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• At least 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Current certifications with no expirations within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
• Minimum 2 years total RN experience preferred
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps of more than 90 days in the past 12 months
