Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week ICU travel position in Oregon, requiring active OR RN license and recent relevant ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, 12 hours per shift
• 13-week assignment with a 36-hour work week
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• Patient care responsibilities in a critical care environment
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Compliance with all typical immunization and documentation policies, including COVID and Flu requirements
• Contingent workers may not exceed two years on assignment without a 90-day break
• First time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Active OR RN license at time of consideration
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
• Preferred: 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Preferred: NIH Stroke Scale certification and CCRN certification
• Preferred: Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration, not pending
