Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float Pool ICU position in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Critical Care Float Pool covering various ICU units of a hospital
- Patient population consists of critically ill adults requiring intensive care interventions
- 12-hour rotating shifts are required
- Assignment duration is 4 weeks
- Must pass ECG/telemetry and medication tests if assignment is at Milton or Plymouth campuses
- COVID-19 vaccine and booster, and flu vaccine are required; medical exemptions are permitted
- Parking fees in Boston may be up to $43 per day
Requirements
- Active MA RN license in hand is required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- ICU nursing experience is required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- All returning employees must have a 6-month break before returning to any affiliated facility
