Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for an 8-week night shift contract requiring a current MA RN license and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with possible floating to the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
Hospital setting with adult critical care patient population
12-hour night shifts
Epic EMR required for documentation
No holiday or other time off will be approved during the contract
Care for critically ill adult patients and provide support in IMCU as needed
Must pass Tele/ECG and medication competency tests if applicable
Scrub color or dress code to be confirmed with unit
Parking may cost up to $43 per day in Boston

Requirements

Active MA RN license in hand
Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through AHA
Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in a similar setting required
Epic EMR experience required
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
All previous employees must have a 6-month break from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility before returning
COVID-19 vaccine and booster required; flu vaccine required during flu season (medical exemptions allowed)
