Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need Home Health position in California requiring active licensure and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting providing patient care in the community
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• 14-week assignment
• EMR system used is Epic and proficiency is required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth are required for consideration
• Must provide two references at time of consideration
• Candidates may not exceed two years of contingent work without a 90-day break per HR policy
• Travel and local candidates considered at the same rate

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• All required licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration; pending credentials are not accepted
• Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
