Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Room RN with a FL or compact RN license and willingness to float between multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes individuals requiring acute emergency care
• 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• Required to float between Lake Placid, Sebring, and Wauchula facilities
• No on-call responsibilities
• Navy blue scrubs are required
• Mandatory pre-shift huddle is required and is paid
• Candidates will receive first day instructions from the facility prior to the start date
• COVID vaccination is required for consideration

Requirements

• Active FL or compact state RN license
• Previous Emergency Department RN experience required
• Must meet facility's 75-mile permanent address radius requirement for travel status
• Must not have worked at the facility in the previous year to be eligible
