Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day-shift Medical Surgical unit assignment in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and AHA certifications.

Responsibilities

Position is located in a hospital medical-surgical inpatient unit
Day shifts are 12 hours, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with 3 shifts per week
Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required
13-week assignment duration
EMR system used is Epic
Flu vaccination is mandatory during flu season
Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
Parking is not validated; public transportation and daily parking fees may apply
Timekeeping is managed via UKG/Kronos

Requirements

Active MA RN license is required at the time of application
Certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) only
No specific minimum years of experience required
Proof of flu vaccination is required with no exemptions accepted
Two professional references are required for consideration
Epic charting experience is preferred
