Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience and a valid license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an acute care hospital physical therapy department
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 16:00
• 13-week assignment
• RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
• Position is not open to local candidates within a 50-mile radius
• Past relevant acute care hospital experience is required
• Only candidates with complete documentation will be considered

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in physical therapy required
• Active physical therapy license required if applicable
• No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of the contract
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must provide an active driver’s license for consideration
• US Social Security Number required for consideration (no Canadian SIN accepted)
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local travelers are not accepted
• Returning candidates must not have worked as permanent staff in any CHS facility within the past 2 years
