Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need home health assignment in California with active license and Epic EMR experience required.
Responsibilities
- Home health setting caring for adult and/or geriatric patients
- Day shift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- Assignment length is 14 weeks
- Requires use of Epic EMR
- Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their homes to improve mobility and independence
- Compliance with vaccination requirements, including COVID and flu, may be necessary
- Both local and travel candidates are considered at the same rate
- Must adhere to tenure policies limiting assignment durations and mandatory breaks after two years of service
Requirements
- Current active Physical Therapy license required if applicable
- All licenses and certifications must be active upon consideration; no pending status accepted
- Experience in home health setting preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Submission requires last four digits of SSN and date of birth
- Must provide required certifications and license verification
