Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 36-hour night shift assignment, requiring ARRT (CT) and Massachusetts state CT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital radiology CT unit using GE CT scanners
• 36-hour schedule with night shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 7:00pm to 7:30am
• Patient care includes IV and oral/GI contrast administration and responding to emergencies
• Unit uses Epic and Visage EMR systems
• Rotating shifts may be required as needed
• Perform diagnostic CT procedures while ensuring patient safety and delivering excellent customer service
• Administer IV and oral/GI contrast as needed
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, with a professional and positive demeanor
• Flu vaccine is required; no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Parking fees may apply and vary by location
• Local candidates must live more than 60 miles from the hospital to be eligible for the standard travel rate

Requirements

• Current ARRT (CT) certification is required
• Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography required; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
• One year of CT experience preferred but not required
• BLS certification from AHA is required
• Experience with GE CT scanners preferred but not required
• Ability to perform CT scanning with high proficiency and document accurately using EMR
• License required if applicable
