Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Surgery Intermediate Night position requiring at least one year of recent telemetry or stepdown experience and an active MO or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Cardiac Surgery Intermediate unit at a hospital setting
• Night shift position with hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates living within 50 miles receive a reduced pay rate and are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at the facility before a one-year separation or reassignment is required

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current certifications with no expiring certs within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in telemetry, stepdown, or related specialty required
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
