Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need home health assignment requiring an active license and EPIC EMR experience.

Responsibilities

Home health setting
Day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8-hour shifts
14-week assignment
40 hours per week
Utilizes EPIC EMR
Compliance with COVID and flu vaccination requirements may be necessary
Travelers and local candidates will receive the same rate
Contingent workers may not exceed two years on assignment without a 90-day break
Assignment subject to time limitations per HR tenure policy

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration
Experience with EPIC EMR required
Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Two professional references required at time of consideration
