Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry position requiring a KS or compact RN license and recent telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Cardiac Telemetry unit
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Will float to all acute care units as needed
• Scheduled to work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• EPIC is the EMR used
• Orientation includes sessions at multiple sites and Epic EMR training
• Holiday coverage is required as determined by unit needs
• Bi-weekly pay period established
• Nicotine-free work environment

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry experience required
• At least 18 months of hospital experience required
• Orthopedic and spine experience preferred
• Experienced RNs only; new graduates will not be considered
