Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care (ICU) position, requiring an active IL RN license and CCU experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the critical care unit (CCU) of a mid-to-large hospital
Night shift, 12 hours per shift
Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday
13-week contract assignment
No on-call requirements
Responsible for providing high-level nursing care to critically ill patients in the CCU
Must be available for the full 13-week contract assignment
Holiday and weekend coverage is mandatory as part of the rotation

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Previous critical care or CCU nursing experience required
Experience in mid- to large-hospital settings required
Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility
