Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN with a CT or compact license and required certifications for a 13-week assignment in a Level 1 trauma emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Emergency Department at a Level 1 trauma center
• Patient population includes a wide range of emergency and trauma cases
• Shift is 11:00-23:30 with every other weekend required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Must provide American Heart Association certification, including images of the front and back of the card
• License verification must be dated within 30 days of assignment start
• Assignment schedule includes every other weekend
• No separate local rate restrictions apply in CT
• COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration

Requirements

• Active RN license for CT or compact state eligible
• Minimum 1 year of emergency department nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current PALS or ENPC certification required
• Current TNCC certification required
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
