Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, ARRT, CT, CA CRT, and BLS certification for an acute care hospital assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care hospital CT unit
• Patient ratio is 1:1 for CT procedures
• No floating required between like units for this assignment
• Day and night shifts available, including 3x12 hour shifts with varying start times (6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM)
• Self-scheduling is based on seniority and per unit need
• Epic EMR charting system is used and experience is required
• All travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state if required
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and live more than 50 miles away from the facility
• Requested time off must be included at the time of submission, and changes post-submission may not be accommodated
• First-time travelers are accepted for this role
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Free parking is available on site
• Scrub color requirements are navy blue for clinical staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year CT tech experience required
• Valid BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, and CT certifications required
• Epic EMR experience is required
• License required if applicable
• At least two supervisory references from comparable specialty/setting within the last three years covering 1 year total are required
• SSN and DOB must be provided for consideration
• No pending licenses will be accepted
