Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with ARRT, RTRM, and MA state licensure for a 13-week assignment in a mammography imaging setting.

Responsibilities

Work in a dedicated mammography department
Monday to Thursday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week
Uses Epic EMR system
Patient population focused on diagnostic and screening mammography procedures
Perform diagnostic and screening mammography examinations according to established protocols
Compliance with MA licensure standards is required; no conditional licenses accepted
Flu vaccine is mandatory during flu season
Local candidates must have a permanent residence at least 60 miles from Boston for travel pay eligibility
Parking costs may apply and public transportation is available

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist
Active ARRT certification required
RTRM and MA state license required
Certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA) if applicable
Epic charting experience preferred
Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions
License required if applicable
