Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 24-hour rotating Operating Room position in Massachusetts with an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
Work includes night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) with possibility of evening shifts ending at 9:30pm or 11:30pm
No call required; potential for weekend shifts
EMR system used is Epic
Flu vaccination is required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Local candidates must live more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston for standard compensation
Parking may entail additional costs and public transportation options are available
Documentation of MA RN license and BLS certification must be provided
May require evening or night coverage as scheduled

Requirements

Active MA RN license required at time of consideration; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
Current BLS certification from AHA required
No minimum years of experience specified
