Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a day shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent mammography experience and appropriate certification.

Responsibilities

Work in a dedicated mammography department
Day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week
13-week travel contract
Focused on performing mammography imaging studies
No local candidates will be considered; must live more than 65 miles from the facility
Perform routine and screening mammography exams as assigned
Must adhere to departmental policies and imaging quality standards

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography
Active relevant license required if applicable
Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
