Pros
Night shift workload was very easy! Except the occasional traumas of course. Got more pediatric surgery experience.
Cons
Night shift staff was an interesting group…tread lightly. Not a team oriented shift. Air pollution outside of hospital bothered me but I’m sensitive. Not a very safe area by hospital.
