Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification and Cerner EMR proficiency for a 13-week diagnostic radiology assignment.

Responsibilities

Position is in a diagnostic radiology department
Work involves OR cases, fluoroscopy, portable x-rays, emergency department imaging, and general x-ray procedures
Day shifts are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 8 hours per shift
13-week contract assignment
No call required
Cerner EMR is used in this department
Must be able to assist with operating room cases, fluoroscopy, and general radiology tasks
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered
Permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before eligibility
All time off requests must be submitted up front
References are not required during initial consideration but are needed for compliance processing

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in diagnostic radiology
Current ARRT certification required
Current BLS (AHA) certification required
Proficiency with Cerner EMR required
License required if applicable
