Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab position, requiring BLS certification and at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

Inpatient rehab unit in an acute care hospital setting
Patient population includes orthopedics, transplant, med surg, neurology, and ICU cases
Day shifts with alternating 8-hour schedules: 07:00-15:30 or 10:30-19:00
Full-time, 40 hours per week on a 13-week assignment
First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
Flu vaccination is required for all employees
Scrub color is not specified
Must provide 2 professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years

Requirements

Active state license required if applicable
BLS certification is mandatory
Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience
Skills in cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics are required
