Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 18 months of recent hospital-based CT experience for a night shift position.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a large hospital inpatient/outpatient/ED CT department
• Works with GE HD Revolution, Siemens Flash, and GE Brightspeed scanners
• Handles a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour
• Night shift schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday
• 12-hour shifts for a 13-week assignment
• Epic EMR used; prior experience with Epic is preferred
• No floating or on-call required
• Gray scrubs are required as the dress code
• Returning staff must be separated from the health system for one year, and 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to 5 days unless falling on/near a holiday, in which case a maximum of 3 days applies
• Only one holiday request for time off is allowed

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum of 18 months recent CT technologist experience in a large hospital
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency CT imaging
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility to be eligible
