Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 18 months of recent hospital-based CT experience for a night shift position.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a large hospital inpatient/outpatient/ED CT department
- Works with GE HD Revolution, Siemens Flash, and GE Brightspeed scanners
- Handles a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour
- Night shift schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday
- 12-hour shifts for a 13-week assignment
- Epic EMR used; prior experience with Epic is preferred
- No floating or on-call required
- Gray scrubs are required as the dress code
- Returning staff must be separated from the health system for one year, and 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO is limited to 5 days unless falling on/near a holiday, in which case a maximum of 3 days applies
- Only one holiday request for time off is allowed
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Minimum of 18 months recent CT technologist experience in a large hospital
- Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency CT imaging
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- License required if applicable
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from the facility to be eligible
