Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience to provide acute outpatient care using Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an acute care setting with a focus on outpatient evaluation and treatment
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no holidays or weekends required
• No floating to other departments is required
• EpicCare Inpatient EMR is used for all documentation
• Orientation provided during the first week, with independent patient care expected within a few days
• Responsibilities include the evaluation and treatment of a variety of outpatient cases
• Work attire includes polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual
• The department provides initial orientation support
• This facility is a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Candidates who previously worked at Sanford Health must have a separation of at least six months prior to consideration
• Local candidates within 80 miles may be considered

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS certification required
• CPR certification required
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required
• License required if applicable
