Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 2 years of recent CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a night shift position.

Responsibilities

• Work in a CT department within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule is typically 3x12 hours from 19:30 to 06:00, with potential for 4x10s based on departmental needs
• Staff may be asked to float between similar units or campuses within 20 miles, but this is rare
• Cerner EMR is used in the department; experience with Cerner is preferred
• Position is strictly for non-local candidates; applicants must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
• Returning travelers must have separated from previous employment at the facility for at least one year to be eligible
• Candidates must be willing to work major holidays as scheduled during the assignment
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Applicants must not have previously worked as internal staff or perm at the facility in the last year
• First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent specialty experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CT Technologist is required, with 3 years preferred
• ARRT (CT) certification is required
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Not open to first-time travelers unless they have 3+ years of current experience in CT
• Compliance with NLC guidelines and all licensure requirements is mandatory
• RTO must be declared at time of application for consideration
• License required if applicable
